SALADS Apple Walnut Cranberry Salad

Serves 2 4 cups mixed greens 2 apples, chopped 1 cup walnuts ¼ cup dried cranberries Add mixed greens to a large mixing bowl. Top with chopped apples, walnuts, and dried cranberries. Serve with your favorite dressing.
