What is the time commitment?

On average each week, you’ll spend about 1-2 hours watching the videos, reading handouts and completing the content. We find these time frames are the perfect amount of training for you to learn a ton and digest the information, while still fitting easily into your busy life.

Is this one of those liquid only cleanses?

No way!  As a foodie myself, I believe in eating real food… a lot!  Deprivation is no path to long term results, so I promote use of a protein shake to help kick the cravings to sugar and carbs and to ensure you are not hungry throughout the day.   In addition, we’ll be focusing on nutrient-dense, whole foods which will transition into your forever eating plan.  ????

Are there other products or supplements to buy -- or other costs I'll incur?

The only other thing you’ll require for this program is a quality protein supplement.  Being that even the medical grade protein drinks run less than $2.50 per meal, you’ll actually be saving money while on the program.  I’ll give you the guidelines that the shake must meet nutritionally, so you’re free to find one at your local natural grocer or there are several I can recommend.

How much can I expect to lose on this program?

If you are looking for one of those quick “lose 10 pounds by this weekend”, this is not the program for you.  Average weight loss for the 32 days is 5 – 10 lbs.  I believe in establishing a healthy trajectory for weight loss, one you can easily sustain for weeks and months to come until you reach your goal.  The best part of this program is, you get to keep all the program materials so you can continue as long as you like!  Or, do as I do and run through the program a couple times over the course of the year to reset your body when sugar sneaks back in (as it inevitably does!)

Is the program safe for pregnant women?

If you are pregnant, please consult with your medical health care professionals before starting a new new health program; this program is not a substitute for professional medical care nor does it provide medical advice. That being said, the program focuses on healthy eating habits and promotes consumption of nutrient-dense whole foods.  Aside from the lower calorie intake, there are no supplements or chemical additives, so it should be safe even for breast-feeding moms and babies.

What if I don't get the results I want from the program?

If you apply what I teach you in this program, you will get results and be over-the-moon satisfied with that I’ve taught you. How does the program work? What foods will I have to give up?

One of the first things we’ll do is to eliminate the 7 foods found to be most inflammatory to the system. That includes: sugar, flour, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and corn.  You’ll also need to limit your daily intake of caffeine and alcohol.  The elimination portion of this plan lasts for the first 14 days, after which we’ll test these 7 food offenders one at a time to determine which (if any) you’ll need to limit in the future.  Our goal is to create a personalized eating plan that works for you.  We are all individual!
