Welcome to the Target 100 Book Club SUPER-powered by the Healy.
We scoured and found a book that really addresses all our concerns for real weight release — it had to be nutritionally sound, SIMPLE, flexible enough to allow for real life and leads to a sustainable way of living. It’s called “Target 100: The World’s Simplest Weight-Loss Program in 6 Easy Steps” >> the author worked in management for Weight Watchers for 12 years and it’s the plan Jennifer Hudson used to drop her weight for good. Having a good eating plan that works with your schedule + lifestyle is important and what I’ve found over the years is that upgrading your HABITS, skills, resources+ and making it FUN with friends is way better in the long term.
We thought it would be even more fun to invite our Healy Family along for the journey and see if the Fat Degeneration programs and other offering on the Healy would help us accelerate the release.
We are starting the book club next Monday, April 5th — and I’ve since added a Tuesday date as well — both with weekly connection calls on via zoom. Even if you can’t do the calls, you’ll be able to connect + get support you need on our FB page “Target 100: The World’s Simplest Weight-Loss Program in 6 Easy Steps”.

I recorded a welcome message to tell you about this remarkable book — “Target 100: The World’s Simplest Weight-Loss Program in 6 Easy Steps”, but suffice it to say that as holistic wellness coach/energy healer/women’s empowerment coach it is a refreshing approach to weight loss and hits on all my criteria — it had to be nutritionally sound, SIMPLE, flexible enough to allow for real life and leads to a sustainable way of living. Liz Josefsberg is going to surprise you… you get to eat all your favorite foods, with just a few caveats!

Even if you have just the Gold version, we’ll be talking about how to choose the next best program to run to support your body and your well-being.
Please note: the Monday group starts at 5:30 pm MST for a very specific reason. The first half hour will be dedicated to Healy conversation. At 6 pm doors open to others in the club who do not own a Healy and so we’ll be focused exclusively on the chapter work.
