Not sure if I would call this a poem or perhaps a manifesto, but it was an inspiration that came on strong the other day — to articulate what I know to be on the hearts of women everywhere these days.
May it spark a little 🔥🔥 in your soul.

The Time of the Limitless Woman Rising!
There comes a time in the life of a woman
When she finds the old roles she once served so well are falling away
When she grows weary of tending to others needs before her own
And when she lets go her old patterns of protection like outworn clothes
It’s time to become her own priority, and tend to her own dreams now!
There comes a time in the life of a woman
When her years of chasing youth seems pointless and shallow
When she tires of bearing the weight of self-judgment, doubt and shame
And when she yearns to reconnect with her body like a long-lost friend
It’s time to accept herself wholehearted, the power within she’s always possessed
There comes a time in the life of a woman
When she scoffs at her list of “shoulds” and obligations
When her desire to fit in fades to her calling to live in all her splendid colors
And when her endless pursuit for perfection is replaced with kindness and grace
It’s time to follow her heart and, this time, to dance her own dance
There comes a time in the life of a woman
When her approval seeking from others becomes a quest to approve of herself
When she turns her need for achievement into a higher calling for self-actualization
And when she turns her YES! to the expectations of others into a YES! to her own desires and expectations
It’s time to answer her yearning for freedom, connection, creativity, adventure, passion and fun!
There comes a time in the life of a woman
When she simply says “I’m through!”
When she pulls down her mask of gaiety and “I’m fine”, because inside she feels broken
When the inner wounded child can no longer be pacified and ignored
And when she reaches out for her own needs to be seen, heard, felt, healed and fulfilled
It is time to face the fear, to go within and heal the inner child so she can emerge as the amazing woman she is!
There comes a time in the life of a woman
When she no longer avoids conflict but faces it boldly and stands in her truth
When she trades her quest for popularity for her quest for authenticity
And when she drops the role of savior knowing she can only save herself
It’s time to step into her feminine wholeness, power and truth
There comes a time in the life of a woman
When she no longer cowers in the shadows in fear of her unworthiness
When she refuses to play small so others can feel big
And when her lense of victim is smashed by her emerging identity as creator
It’s time to stop apologizing for taking up space and be ready to claim her deservingness fully
There comes a time in the life of a woman
When she dares to surrender, open and receive her essential BE*ing as her limitless self
When she honors the emerging season of spiritual truth, self-expression and fulfillment
When she writes a new manifesto of living for this next soulful chapter
and when she’s ready to find that tribe of soul sister friends
Who are ready to commit to living full-out and together declare:
We release unworthiness and fear
We end the pretense of being someone we are not
We no longer will turn our light down
We give generously, yes, and it’s time for us to RECEIVE!
And from now on we affirm . . .
We will boldly step into our divine feminine power
We will unconditionally love and accept ourselves
We will love open-heartedly, regardless of how others choose to play
We will embody our fiercest courage and nurture our most authentic selves
We will become radically new and ready for what’s next
The time is now. We are ready to awaken into our limitless women rising!
